No Data Collection
PingStatus does not collect, store, share, or transmit any personal information, usage data, or analytics. The application operates entirely locally on your macOS device. We verify this transparency through the Apple App Store's strict privacy label requirements.
Network Activity
The application generates network traffic (ICMP pings) solely for the purpose of monitoring your internet connection health. This traffic occurs directly between your device and the target servers you select (e.g., your gateway, Google DNS, or Cloudflare). We do not have access to this data, and it is never sent to Invoked Quantum servers.
Local Storage
Any settings or preferences you configure in PingStatus are stored locally on your Mac using standard macOS preferences APIs. These settings never leave your device.
